How can I order a card for myself or as a gift?
To place an order for yourself or as a gift, visit poshmark.cashstar.com.
How do I redeem my Poshmark Gift Card?
To redeem a gift card to your account:
In the Poshmark app, go to your Me tab (profile picture, bottom-right corner), or on the web, select your profile picture at the top-right of the page.
Select Gift Cards.
Select Redeem Gift Card.
Enter the Gift Card Number and Gift Card PIN. Note: The gift card number and the PIN can be found on your gift card email.
Select Save.
Gift cards are redeemable on poshmark.com [by signing into your account and applying the gift card to your purchase and/or account]. Once a Gift Card is redeemed to your account, the entire amount will be added to your gift card balance and cannot be transferred to another account.
Does the TGCM PSMK Issued Poshmark Gift Card have an expiration date or any associated non-use fees?
TGCM PSMK Issued Poshmark gift cards do not expire or incur any fees.
How can I check my Gift Card balance on a TGCM Poshmark Issued Gift Card?
Gift card balances can be checked by applying the gift card to your cart at checkout or by contacting our team at poshmark@giftcardhelp.com.
How can I request a refund for my TGCM PSMK Issued Poshmark Gift Card if it has a low balance?
Where required by law, remaining balances on cards may be subject to refund. If your TGCM PSMK Issued Poshmark gift card has a verifiable balance of $15 or less, please contact poshmark@giftcardhelp.com to request a refund.
